Restaurante increíble con vistas preciosas en frente al mar! Le recomiendo el ceviche tropical, el púlpito y los tempuras de camarón que tienen un sabor riquísimo. Mención especial a Samir que supo recomendarnos los mejores cocteles y platos con un profesionalismo de alto nivel. Una cena espectacular con los mejores clásicos de salsa en música de fondo. Muy buena experiencia en Gio. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Samir, quien fue muy amable, atento y nos ayudó mucho con sus recomendaciones de platos. Absolutely wonderful experience at GigiO Restaurant Puerto Viejo! 🌿✨ We had the hibiscus ceviche and mahi-mahi, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and the fresh juices were absolutely amazing. The owner was such a warm and lovely woman. She showed us a mother sloth with her baby living right in the tree next to the restaurant, which was an unforgettable moment and one of the highlights of our trip. 🦥💚 She also gave us great recommendations for beautiful beaches and interesting places to visit nearby, and we are very grateful for that. Our waitress was also very kind, polite, and attentive, and her friendly service made us feel truly welcome. Delicious food, beautiful presentation, wonderful people, and a very special atmosphere. We are extremely grateful for this experience and highly recommend this place! ~ Tatiana T
We hosted a dinner at GigiO's for 13 people, after a surprise wedding proposal. We had set up the dinner beforehand, and had dealt with Ali over whatsapp over the period of a few weeks. First, they have ample parking. Second, the building is really nice, and the view of the ocean from where we were sitting was stunning. The service was excellent, the food was truly tasty, from the appetizers, to the main course, as well as the desserts. The only thing I would improve on, is the portion sizes of the appetizers, which I thought were a little small for the price. It was a pleasure dealing with Ali, and she also gave our party complimentary drinks. All in all, a wonderful experience! ~ Vinith N
Excelente lugar, a la par del mae, elegante, bellisimo, con buena atención, una galería de arte, decoración Excelente. Me parece de los mejores o el mejor lugar en Puerto Viejo con bastante elegancia y belleza. Comimos un ceviche tropical de muy buena calidad, uno de los mejores que he probado en la zona. Tomamos un aperol y un mojito, estaban deliciosos con una hermosa presentación. I stopped for dinner at Gigi O Beach Club and had a fantastic experience. The setting is spectacular, and the entire restaurant overlooks the beautiful beach. The menu is great, featuring a range of local and international dishes. I opted for their Chicken Caesar Salad, which was delicious. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the quality. The service was also impeccable, and everyone we spoke with was friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for somewhere for dinner whilst in Puerto Viejo, I would highly recommend heading to Gigi O Beach Club. ~ Joel P
My first time dining hair was for my 40th birthday dinner. I had such a pleasant experience that I decide to come back for lunch a week later. The restaurant sits right on the water in the middle of town, The staff is amazing and super helpful, Friendly and Accommodating! Special shout out to Samuel who was my server both times! The food is great for dinner. I had the lobster and for lunch. I had the fish burger. I love their options and pricing for mocktails and their desserts are delicious too! ~ Starre C
We had such a spectacular time at the restaurant. Our waitperson Jey was absolutely the best. Not only was her service great, she took the time to tell us all about the area, introduced us to the local sloth, Samatha, and took time to explain the money and where to go in Panama. The food was also exceptional! We had the Yucca fries, the fish of the day which was Marlin and cooked perfectly, and lava cake with coconut ice cream. All this and on the beach with a beautiful view to boot. We will be back! ~ Sydney A
Comida = Gran sabor, delicioso, buena presentación. Servicio = sirvieron en buen tiempo, atentos y amigables. Ambiente = tranquilo, sereno, a la par del mar, se disfruta. Estacionamiento = reducido / pequeño. En general yo lo disfrute, un hermoso lugar para pasarla bien. ~ Jonathan V
Uno de esos lugares donde dan ganas de quedarse todo el día. El mar está justo al lado — se puede solo contemplarlo o meterse a nadar Pedí la ensalada César con pollo — el pollo tiernísimo y la porción tan generosa que con una quedé llena. Los meseros muy atentos: me acuerdo especialmente de una muchacha de pelo claro, nos recibió con una sonrisa, nos trajo el menú y las bebidas Y un plus aparte — hay parqueo. I stopped here for lunch after doing the jaguar rescue ended up having the best pasta of entire life 😋. I tried their tomato basil and cherry tomatoes pasta 10/10 recommend It had a amazing flavor the cherry tomatoes with a bite of pasta would just burst flavor into my mouth. My bf had their bacon pasta tasted like a fancy hot pocket VERH GOOD. The view was amazing right over there ocean very clean environment and good service too (they also have good fries 😂) ~ ingrid v

What a beautiful experience! We had the most perfect table right by the water, which made the evening feel extra special. Sami took such wonderful care of us, and Louis prepared an incredible lobster that is an absolute must-try together with the deliciously tender tenderloin. BEST MOJITOS IN ALL OF COSTA RICA!!! Today my family went to dinner here and had the best time. Michel, the bartender, was such a friendly and welcoming person, gave us such good tips about the area and made us have the best dinner of our whole trip. Had the best mojitos in all of Costa Rica!!! Authentic taste that I have had no where else in CR!!! Our waiters were also great and this was definitely my best dinner experience in CR! ~ Diana B

Highly recommend! The first time we went there just to have a drink and a little bite to eat. The spicy golden berry, the yucas bravas and the camaron tempura were absolutely delicious. So we came back for diner. The pulpo was one of the bests I have ever tasted. The tataki de atun, the curry caribeño and the estodado de cerdo were also very good. Plus, the location right at the beach is just so beautiful and the service was also great. ~ Francesca
